Vaskar Web, Web Design operates as a business and we expect clients to understand and respect our policies. We need to cover expenses and fuel our operations. Therefore, we require payments to be made on time with respect to the services offered to our clients.
We understand that sometimes “life happens” and you may need a refund on fees paid for services to Vaskar Web. We try to be fair and create a policy that is a win-win for both parties. We will work with you to make you satisfied with our work. However, if a refund is requested and granted, all property created by Athlete Web Design including graphics, content, and code, will remain the property of Vaskar Web.
By signing up for our services you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions
- According to our system, we take an amount of money when the project is final. Before its website, the UI design is approved by the client. If it does not approve then we refund the full amount
- After the design approve case client wants to refund money that cases 50%, we will refund
- If we fail to give the project in time, we refund your money. But it is delayed by the client that case this rule is not applicable
- In other cases for example domain, hosting, and any website-related products we do not refund any money, Because these are not our products it is purchased by the client, we only help.
